by Jack 1 Comment

Did you know that the On Guard essential oil blend has over 50 uses? An extremely powerful immune-boosting agent, it can also be used to increase overall health, to deal with a wide range of infections, and to even sanitize surfaces at home. We use On Guard every day in our home in multiple ways to protect against viruses and keep us all feeling well. I wanted to share with you my top 9 ways to use On Guard essential oil blend.

9 Ways To Use On Guard Essential Oil Blend

1. To Overcome Colds and Flu
On Guard essential oil blend can be diffused to purify the air whenever a person is sick. A person that suffers from such a condition can take several drops of the essential oil per day to strengthen the immune system and decrease the recovery period significantly. During flu seasons, you can simply rub a drop or two on the soles of the feet for better protection.

2. Sore Throat and Throat Infection Gargling
Several drops of On Guard essential oil blend should be diluted in one tablespoon of water. This liquid is great for gargling at the onset of sore throat. It can also be used to deal with throat and gum infections. I also like to rub the On Guard onto the outside of my throat for soreness, by mixing the oil blend with a carrier oil first and then applying around the entire throat area to fight off infections.

3. Aromatherapy for Lung Congestion
The vapor of the essential oil blend is excellent for overcoming lung congestions. You can place a drop on the palms of your hands and inhale the vapor and you will feel the chest heaviness going away almost instantaneously.

4, Massage
Dilute a few drops of On Guard essential oil blend into 15 to 20 drops of fractioned coconut oil. Use this as a massage lotion. You can massage in the throat area, the abdominal region or on the feet. This massage will be great for boosting the immune response and also for improving the functioning of the lymphatic system.

5. Clean Surfaces from Germs
Mix 30 to 50 drops of On Guard essential oil blend with 20 to 30 oz of water in a spray bottle. This mix is great for cleaning all household surfaces and killing harmful germs. It is one of the best possibilities for keeping your kitchen spotlessly clean.

6. Clean the Floor
The same mix can be used for floor cleaning. You will simply need to dilute the On Guard oil in a larger bucket of water. Soak your mop in this liquid and clean your floors.

7. Heal Sores and Bruises
Topical application on the skin can be used to deal with sores, bruises and even warts. To get rid of warts, you can rotate between On Guard essential oil blend, frankincense and oregano essential oils.

8. Oral Hygiene
On Guard can be rubbed into the gums to make them healthier and stronger. Gargling with On Guard daily will significantly reduce the risk of developing gum disease. The blend can also be used to deal with toothaches. On Guard is also excellent used in the oil pulling method for oral health.

9. Stubborn Stain and Buildup Removal
The essential oil blend has many uses inside the home. You can use it to make your oven look brand new. On Guard is perfect for removing stubborn stains, especially the ones that have resulted from the accumulation of grease. The fact that it kills pathogens increases the appeal of the cleaning substance.
