Who Are We?

Fitness Spotlight is the creation from 2 veteran health and fitness bloggers (Mike O’Donnell from The IF Life and Scott Kustes from Modern Forager) who combined their old high traffic blogs to form an even bigger community of health and fitness here. The goal, to reach even more people like yourself with the info you need and may not be getting through the other mainstream outlets.

We present the facts and challenge you to find the real answers for health. We only want you to be happy and get the results you are after in life. There is no talk about fashion or what other famous people are doing. Say “No More” to all the useless gossip and misleading advertising. Focus on finding the real truths, applying them to your life and breaking free from all the other distractions out there.

We take care of ourselves, we don’t blame others, we drop all excuses and we know that we have to power to get the health and fitness we deserve. If this is also you, then we welcome you to join us!
