Thanks for this pole and your concern with us.

I already voted but on the “Expand on Specific Topics”, I marked “•IF and training for women interested in streamlined physique”, bc there was no option , I am interested in IF but with the e-book I think it is very clear, However I find ” Training for women ” is where I get little information , the work outs are mainly directed towards male readers. At least I see it this way!!

I would love to see blogs on how women can start to get fit step by step,

    Thanks for caring.

I agree that the IF book is very informative, but would definitely like to see posts directed more “feminine” as well. Don’t get me wrong I love (insert dripping sarcasm here) push-ups and burpees just as much as the next gal however throwing in a post geared towards booty lifting and thigh tightening wouldn’t be bad either. (these are my problem areas if you couldn’t tell)

I love the sight by the way. And because of it and because I know better I am on a quest to put my family on grass fed super local everything by this summer. Keep up the good work!

I wanted to vote for two things at one point: Nutritional and Cooking _and_ Health and Prevention. I voted on the latter, but I want two votes!! ;)

The only thing I might like that you don’t provide already is a little bit more directed at neophytes. I can squat, but not do a pushup, muscle up, or really any “up”. I find the workouts I find online daunting (not just here, but elsewhere). I need help right from the start.

My favorite FS posts are those that make complex information very readable, particularly on the subject of fitness/workouts.

Good poll, guys. I like what you have done so far. Please continue the same pattern. I and many others are very happy with your current website.
This is from my perspective, although I have elbow tendinitis (restrict myself from pullups), the workouts you have cover the whole body. Your suggestions for scaling down are appropriate for all level of strengths/abilities.

Curious about IF. Tried it many times with mixed results ( full of energy on some days and other days run out of gas, why is that ?).
