Ok….maybe we are having a little fun with the craziness and panic about the swine flu…but humor is good for the immune system.
Here’s some other good articles on how to stay healthy (as that is the name of the game….strong immune system and daily prevention). There will always be flus and bugs out there…but keep healthy and your body will be your best line of defense.

Personally I think swine flu was caused by chemtrails the government sprays in the air. About 5 days before swine flu was news, I saw mass spraying over a field I play football on, and I mean there were absolutely loads of sprays.
These weren’t normal contrails that aeroplanes give out after flying, these were too wide for that, and there were about 20 of them all in the nice blue sky over this field.

Anyone soon after that, I noticed a lot of friends getting bad throats, colds, and the flu.
This is my own theory, no I don’t have proof to back it up, but it just seemed like a very big coincidence.

I have to agree witht he chemtrails comment.
every time they spray hardcore over san diego, i get asthma like symptoms… For one full week i felt like i couldn’t get a good deep breath, and i had other friends that happened to. When they stop and let the sun shine, my breathing problems dissapear. When i lived in portland, they chemtrailed it hardcore there too, people would get these unknown cases of pneumonia, and die.
Only thing i know of that protects you… eating your saturated fats… which the government obviously tries to keep people from doing.

Given the intelligence and personality of pigs, it bothers me more to be called a pig when I am not one than it would bother me to turn into one. And if by “pig” the previous commenter meant “fat person,” that’s real funny, because I can eat pork and lard and *lose* weight. It’s all in whatever else you eat.
There are large numbers of fat people among those who abstain from pork… lots of people getting heart attacks too.
Number one thing, meanwhile, that seems to knock down the immune system: eating sugar. I’m not up on why that is, but even Dr. Sears has chimed in about it.
