Great post! Very inspirational.
Makes me want to stop and re-think a few things in my life.
Living in the moment is DEFINITELY one of them!

Matty J - Very good book "Power of Now". We all need as many reminders as we can get...otherwise we get swept up in all the things around us. It's all in our heads, sometimes we just need to slow down and remember that.....as a bad day is sometimes just our own fault inside and we can turn it around and make it whatever we want to be.

Awesome awesome... yet another reminder that all we have in life is the moment we live at that moment, the only place where true choice lies... I have the "power of now" book, and audio book by Eckart Tolle as reminders. Highly Highly suggest these

Eric - don't know why it's not coming up for you, can see it here just fine. Hopefully it was a passing error and it's cleared up for you by now. Enjoy!

I was asked to read this page and was looking forward to it and still am:)
|t pops up with an error, I only see the photo at the top and no text.
Is this a webmaster issue or my little deal.
Thanks, looks like a great site

Chris - you are correct...as a business success coach once wrote "You become what you think about"....also there is a poem (and no I don't ready poetry) I read back in college...and all I remember was the title "Act or React"....do we just react to things around us (which are usually mainly negative)..or do we just act based on who we are and what we believe in....most people react....we need more to just act in positive ways. Kind of like responding to comments that are only negative outbursts....as there are lessons everyday in life...first instinct would be to "react" and go tell him where he can put his words.....the better part of me would rather "act" and stay positive...well as much as I can. :)
